Ada's Local Finds: First Thursday NW Quandrant

Every First Thursday of each month, Portland holds art events all over the city in support of independent creatives. It's been awhile since we've gone, so we headed out last night.
Turns out Shepard Fairey was in town and was DJ'ing at Ground Kontrol. No art show. So we headed first to Upper Playground. I forgot my camera, hard to believe, but thanks to my trusty iPhone, was able to capture some tidbits.

It was pouring out so we scurried off to some other small galleries. I caught more photos, some were quick, so I didn't jot down the artists sad to say.
